Denver, CO – November 19, 2019 – Brockman Group, LLC is pleased to announce the sale of 2295 S. Chambers Road in Aurora, CO. The 19,825-square-foot retail building sold on November 19, for $4.1 million. The retail building was purchased by Asset Preservation Inc from Sabat Partnership LLC.
